The King Abdulaziz City for Science and Technology (KACST) is organizing the AI Materials Discovery Hackathon in partnership with the University of California, Berkeley, Humain, and Academy 32, under the supervision of Professor Omar Yaghi, recipient of the 2025 Nobel Prize in Chemistry. The hackathon aims to empower participants to develop skills in AI and materials science, fostering connections with universities and industrial companies to transform ideas into practical prototypes and technologies. It targets university students, researchers, and entrepreneurs from various regions of the Kingdom.
